Issue: order file / consolidated order file not flowing
Action taken:
1. check event viewer
2. check task scheduler
3. Check order file (error or complete)
4. Check consolidated order file (generated or not) (for more detailed explaination, check user guide)
4.1. If generated, do not re-trigger. Send the file via email to customer.
4.2. If not generated, need to retrigger
4.2.1. Copy all order file > put in order in > run scheduler order in
4.2.2. The consolidated order will created > run scheduler order out to send out to customer
Handling:
1. Open WinSCP
2. Login to MCD / Havi / MB
2.1 If login successfully, no issue with SFTP
2.2 If stuck, need to further check
3. For fingerprint, we can straight away update the fp after login.
4. another way is
4.1 Havi
1. run C:\SFTP_HAVI\psftp.exe
2. eg. for Havi SFTP, run command 'open MYSOA_McD_PROD@SFTP1.havilogasia.com' (sftp id @ sftp host) (password: 3XZ1x59GKl)
3. type y to confirm new key
4. close
4.2 Martin Brower (MB)
1. run C:\SFTP\psftp.exe
2. run command 'open mrmx@mcd.southeastasia.cloudapp.azure.com' (sftp id @ sftp host)(mrmx = sftp id @ mcd.southeastasia.cloudapp.azure.com = sftp host)
3. type y to confirm new key
4. close
